The word "Arrested" doesn't mean "locked up in prison". Shouldn't it be "incarcerated" or "Imprisoned"?
But using "arrested" as a status still doesn't work because you're only under arrest for a short amount of time. Most people are only under arrest for a few hours eaither because there's not enough evidence to charge them or what they did wasn't that bad.
If you're going use "arrested" as a statues, you might as well put "in hospital" or "on holiday" or... I don't know.... "waiting for their package to arrive in the mail" as statuses.
And no one has done anything about it.
