Alan Bates is the driver of the suspect truck, which has dragged behind the body of Barb Berquist. But Bates had by his own admission no knowledge of the body. Brennan examines his truck in the drive shaft and finds the victim's head. Bates swears he did not kill the victim. However, Brennan finds female underwear in his truck. Bates explained, however, that he wears them when he was on the way. He agrees to be accountable Booth logbook, so that he can see his deliveries, but only under the condition that the investigators do not tell the thing with his wife's underwear.
