Benny Winkler appears in The Killer in the Crosshairs. He created a specialized bullet for Jacob Broadsky that was designed to explode at a distance set by the user. This type of bullet is meant to be used in close-quarter combat situations, where the bullet can be shot through a window and explode on the inside. The electronic bullet, made by Winkler, was specifically designed for the washroom in the courthouse where Broadsky intended to kill Gregory Allen, a crooked cop who took a bribe from a drunk driver to cover up the death of a mother and her two children.
