Brennan and Booth house is the second home for Booth and Brennan's family. They lived in this house with their children Christine and Hank.

After their old house was destroyed in the season nine finale when three Delta force operatives blew up parts of the house trying to kill Booth.
With their house left in ruins, Brennan decided to move into a new house isolated by a small forest. During time when Booth was imprisoned, she used her and Booth's money to buy it and Sweets helped her and Christine move in. After he was released from prison, Booth reunited with his family in new house.
