Margot Sandoval appears in The Partners in the Divorce.
She is first introduced as the assistant to the murder victim, divorce attorney Richard Bartlett. Booth and Brennan arrived at Bartlett's office to investigate and found Margot shredding documents, which she claimed were Bartlett's instructions in the event of his death or disappearance. Angela is later able to reconstruct the shredded documents and finds proof that Margot was having an affair with Richard's wife Pamela, giving her motive for the murder.
