Biography[]
Nkechi Okoro is a television personality, actress, writer and the founder, CEO and producer of Rock My Soul Productions (produces and promotes commercially viable television programming). She originally started producing for theater in New York and Philadelphia before she finally made the move to Los Angeles to transition from theater to film and television. She and her husband, Jon Carroll host the internet-based talk-show A Breath of Fresh Air with Jon and Nkechi. Nkechi hails from Nigeria but was raised in New York, Cote d'Ivoire, Nigeria and England. By the time she was 14, she spoke three languages fluently and was performing and training with the Oxford Youth Theatre in England. Nkechi received her B.A. in Economics and French from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and her Masters in International Economics from New York University in 2002.
